Of all marine creatures, none is more fearsome or more fascinating than the shark! They are the stuff that legends, horror stories and movie nightmares are made of but this is the only marine encounter park in the world to offer guests the chance to hold, touch and explore the deep sea secrets of the nurse shark.

Under the careful supervision of our trained and very entertaining staff members, participants will touch, hold, feed and ultimately swim with a small school of adult nurse sharks. These magnificent creatures, some as long as seven feet, will amaze you with their sandpapery skin, their fearsome teeth and their relaxed attitude towards human visitors!

This is truly the adventure of a lifetime and a rare opportunity to meet nature on its own breathtaking terms. You will move beyond your natural fears and enter a brave new world. Important Notes:
~ Minimum age to participate is 6.
~ Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult 18 & over.
~ Pregnant women are not permitted.
~ This tour offers hotel pick-up in the areas of Susua/Cabarete for an additional $5.00 per person round trip or from Bahia Principe/Luperon Hotels for $10.00 per person round trip. Guest pays any additional transfer fees upon arrival at Ocean World.
~ If guests are found to be intoxicated or in violation of any of the restrictions listed, or do not follow instructions from our trainers (which may be detrimental to the safety of the animals or other persons in the session) we reserve the right to remove them from the session without providing a refund or rebook the session.
